Detailed Product Description
pineapple juice concentrate is made by fresh and not overripe pineapple which the content of soluble solids are not below 60.0 brix through the process of cleaning, peeling, crush, press, separation, concentration, pasteurization and aseptic filling.
The color is yellow or deep yellow, will change little darker if keep long; taste and flavor is typical pineapple, free from off-taste and off-flavor pineapple ( under 12.8 brix ).
The packing is steel drum with inner aseptic bag.
